Pete Hegseth Sees Treason Everywhere

Mike Franklin · Jul 24, 2026
Treason is a deadly serious crime. It is the only crime defined in the constitution and it is punishable by death. But the the Secretary of Defense is dangerously comfortable making casual accusations of treason and disloyalty against the tens of millions of Americans who are on the political left, against the military brass, against Congressmen, and against the press.

[The radical left] are willing to fight by any means necessary, which includes destroying the very Constitution that cloaks their treason.

When the Left fought for "America," it was in the context of tearing down our republic in order to replace it with an antifreedom, anti-God, anticitizen agenda.

As for the Left, we know who they are and the philosophy of hate to which they subscribe. This book will reveal the core of their sedition. They are zero percent Americans.

We should never, ever apologize for her. If you don't agree with that statement, at best you are utterly ignorant of human history; at worst, you are a willing enemy of freedom-and America.

It pains me to say this about my fellow countrymen, but the American Left is an existential threat to freedom. I swore an oath to defend our Constitution against all enemies- foreign and domestic. That's why 2020 is so important.

What do young people— and families-across America see that politicians and generals cannot? Or do our generals see the changes and accept them? The former is troubling; the latter is treasonous.

If quietly, and with different explosives, our Joint Chiefs are doing to our military what Al Qaeda did to the Golden Dome Mosque in 2006 in Samarra, Iraq. I witnessed both, and both are sabotage.

Six weeks ago, Senator Mark Kelly — and five other members of Congress — released a reckless and seditious video that was clearly intended to undermine good order and military discipline.
The video reminded soldiers that they are obligated to refuse illegal orders, which is correct both legally and morally. The DOJ dropped a case against the Congressmen when a grand jury refused to indict.

Modern leftists, who represent the soul of the modern Democrat Party, especially the fully indoctrinated younger generation, literally hate the foundational ideas of America. They are not reformable.

They run against America, seek to destroy it, and want to remake it.

[People who who promote "DEI/CRT" ideology are] traitors. Plain and simple. And our constitutional responsibility is to expose them, remove them, and defeat what they stand for.

They are transforming the American military in their own radical image—and the Pentagon leadership, from Secretary Austin to Chairman Milley, back them all the way. Cowards with stars, complicit as they laud the enemy within.

We have seen how the radical Left wants to change the fabric of the nation, now they are aiming toward another pillar of America: her defense. And what is most alarming is that the Left is receiving aid and comfort from the civilian leadership and field grade officers who are constitutionally required to protect the very institution they seem hell-bent on destroying.

Speaking of choosing wisely, a note to the press corps: I just can’t help but notice the endless stream of garbage, the relentlessly negative coverage you cannot resist peddling, despite the historic and important success of this effort and the success of our troops. Sometimes it’s hard to figure out what side some of you are actually on. It's incredibly unpatriotic.
Hegseth complained on April 16 that the press wasn't doing enough to recognize the "historic success" of the American war with Iran. More than three months later, the US has spent $37.5B on the war, the Strait of Hormuz is still closed, and there is no end in sight.

[Harvard] is one of the red hot centers of hate America activism. Too many faculty embers openly loath our military. They cast our armed forces in a negative light and squelch anyone who challenges their leftist political leanings.

Even more troubling is Harvard's partnership with our adversaries. Campus research programs have partnered with the Chinese Communist Party...

Why should the War Department support an environment that's destructive to our nation?
