Jeffrey Epstein: I was Donald’s closest friend for 10 years

[T]he two talked at least three times a week during the mid-to-late 1990s, according to a second Epstein assistant from that period.

[Epstein’s] personal address book, leaked in 2009, contained 14 phone numbers for Mr Trump, Melania Trump and members of his staff, US media report.

Mark Epstein, Mr. Epstein’s brother…said that Jeffrey had told him that Mr. Trump visited him frequently.

“He was in the office all the time back then,” Mr. Epstein said.

Mr. Epstein was a frequent guest at Mar-a-Lago parties. A woman who said Mr. Epstein trafficked her in the late 1990s and early 2000s recalled attending at least a half-dozen of the parties, beginning when she was 17.

I’ve known Jeff for 15 years. Terrific guy. He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side.

“I’m Jeffrey. I’m Don’s best friend.”…He said, “Don likes you very much,” and that they were organizing parties at Mar-a-Lago and he would love me to join.

Maples told Trump that she was uneasy about Epstein's presence and that she didn't want to spend time with him—and didn't want Trump to either...

But Epstein continued to attend parties and events at Mar-a-Lago.

Jeffrey Epstein wasn't just a frequent visitor to Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago club in the late 1990s and early 2000s. The club was also sending spa employees—usually young women—to Epstein's nearby mansion for massages, manicures and other spa services, according to former Mar-a-Lago and Epstein employees…

Epstein wasn't a dues-paying member of the club, but Trump told staff to treat him like one, the employees said.

The next time that I saw [Epstein] was a few months later in December of 92 at Donald Trump’s Plaza Hotel Christmas party. And it became very clear then that he and Donald were really, really good friends and spent a lot of time together…

When Jeffrey and I would talk he would mention Trump frequently.

I arranged to have some contestants fly in [for a calendar girl competition organized at Trump’s request]. At the very first party, I said, “Who’s coming tonight? I have 28 girls coming.” It was him and Epstein. I said, “Donald, this is supposed to be a party with V.I.P.s. You’re telling me it’s you and Epstein?”

It was a good friendship if not his best friend during those days. I mean, he frequently came down to Atlantic City, the two of them, to attend special events…I had to specifically talk to him about Epstein and his presence in the casino….it was in my mind, it was his best friend, you know, you know, from really the time I was there for four years…

I came in and…the inspectors were waiting at my office. And Donald and Jeffrey had come into the casino in the wee hours of Sunday morning…[T]hey had three women with them, and the commission was waiting for me because they had determined that the women that they brought down were underage to be on the casino.

The first assistant, who often worked late, recalled that sometimes, when the office emptied out, Mr. Epstein would check to see that she was at her desk and put Mr. Trump on speaker…

She remembered one call in the mid-1990s on which the two men discussed how much pubic hair a particular woman had, and whether there was enough for Mr. Epstein to floss his teeth with.

One woman, then a model and college student in her early 20s living in Manhattan, said she attended four parties at [Epstein’s] mansion…Mr. Epstein often bragged about [Trump] to the women around him, yet also seemed to compete with [him].

“It was like a pissing contest — who had the most women,” she recalled.

We [Stacey Williams and Jeffrey Epstein] went into Trump Tower…and moments later Trump was greeting us, and he pulled me into him and started groping me. He put his hands all over my breasts, my waist, my butt, and I froze. I froze because I was so deeply confused about what was happening because the hands were moving all over me yet these two men were smiling at one another and continuing on with their conversation…

I felt like that was some sort of sick bet or game between the two of them. I was rolled in there like a piece of meat like some sort of challenge or twisted game.

The night before…I began working for Epstein, he called me very late in the evening to come up to the…offices…a few minutes later, [Trump] walks in…what’s he doing here?...[He] walked up about a few feet from me, and just stood over me, in a very imposing way, and looked at me, like he was in on some secret or something, it was really weird, like smirking, kind of. And I felt threatened…

Epstein walked out from the offices…and goes, “oh, no no no,” He was laughing at me, and he goes, “she’s not here for you, follow me.” Right? And he escorts him into this other room. And I always wondered, who was she in there, was someone in there?...

[Trump then] made a joke to Epstein, “Oh, I thought she was 16.”

Ghislaine Maxwell did introduce me to [Trump] and she introduced me to him with a clear message of my being with him in the same way that she had trafficked me and brought me to Jeffrey Epstein.
